LONDON ORIBTAL, NYC and LA demonstrations

To get with a friend in London on Saturday showing her around town before able to get ready for the demonstrations. Deciding to wander down from Harrods, Knightsbridge, I made it worse already see people in black T-shirts with the #takeoffjustlogo writing. I made it worse hear them setting up whilst i was making our way down. This item usually rains in London, but on a that day it rained appreciate no other! Luckily the team came precisely prepared with rain jackets, laminated posters and walkie-talkies, including for marshals, first aiders, and most notable united and full of energy.

Despite a wet and tired feet on being a tourist for the day, both the demonstrators and public support really woke me up and brought anyone to life. Support came from all over, no matter it was from cars beeping as they quite simply drove past, those who stopped to request a leaflet, or those stepping into and exiting the V&A enquiring about our protest. Many walked upo to me regarding the actual logo, in which case I explained to them the resemblances. Others simply wanted to know about Sufism; and for some, as you would expect it seemed to be just a case of curiosity.

Even so the day was an overwhelming success, by getting a large increase in petition signatures, extended twitter followers, and a link established from worldwide press, with numerous upcoming articles published. This was all invented due to an on-going battle with Roberto Cavalli. The designer and company keep yet to acknowledge the group.

To get following both the LA and THE WORLD protests from my twitter credit card. The NY rally @ Madison and 63rd started a little former, with many independent and press data files retweeting my tweets and those getting close the demonstration.

By the time the AINSI LA demonstration began I was no longer able to keep an eye on tweets and to thank media.

Unsurprisingly from the pictures taken on Rhodeo Drive, the protesters had created a link around the fashion district.

So how to Next? Can we expect extra demonstrations in Europe where Cavalli himself likes to travel & social gathering, or perhaps at large department stores? Fashion Capitals? Runway events? Who knows

One thing maintains sure: The number of those who are hurt and as well as offended is growing. The outcome of all of the lies in the hands of the way giant. The Sufi protests happen peaceful to date and will continue to be extremely in the future; but the outcome for the Cavalli brand lies in how it will soothe the PEOPLE it has offended.

For just how long must Sufis be assumed as being a host minority within the world? Even if we were looking at, do the rights of the few change with that of the many? Would it still be to take advantage of a faith group? To present right to push their beliefs as well as and make yours what's theirs? They as well have beliefs and a right to demonstration.

It is not our fault that all that money, Cavalli failed to use proper market research, and failed to which our numbers were in the multitudes. It is not our fault that overhead remain the only concern for associations such as Roberto Cavalli. Despite of your training they provide their staff about it customer satisfaction, it almost only counts the instant money is directly involved. Still most companies are starting to realise the importance of recommended public image and the principles will they stand.

In today's collaborative world consumers are forever having presume issues, feeling as if they are clearly seen as money transporters.

It would happen nice if Cavalli had a minimum acknowledged the campaign when it originated, or even to do so now. You cannot hope to have the students to abandon their individual, 400-year old faith emblem. To this point this has been a one way communication wrestle.

I guess, for now, we can just help you save the date.
